How you can get started

JA of Northern Nevada provides several ways that you can get involved whether you’re someone looking to volunteer, part of a district or school looking for educational materials, or part of a business looking to help us expand the reach of our mission.

In honor of Drs. Nazir and Mary Ansari's exceptional service to the business community, Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada will recognize business leaders at the annual Hall of Fame Gala with the Mary and Nazir Ansari Business Leaders Award beginning in 2021.

Personal Economics

Grades: K-5

Helps students assess their personal skills and interests, explore career options, learn job-hunting skills, and discover the value of an education. They also learn about budgets, personal and family financial management, and the use of credit.
